Everything you need to know
The four-arm steel base uses suction to grip a suitable floor. Use the included big suction sticker when the surface needs help, or load your own standard gym plates for a home gym, difficult floor or outdoor setup. Gym plates are not included. Follow the manual and check stability before use.
Allow around 3 m² of clear floor. Keep furniture, other people and breakable objects out of the full swing path.
Setup takes about five minutes, using the tools included. Assemble the bag, adjust the height and secure the base according to the manual. No drilling, sand or water.
Yes. The telescoping steel pole and locking collar adjust from 130 to 170 cm (51–67 in), so you can set it to suit your height.
This bag is made for satisfying punching and play at home. Its low spring creates a big, slow, whole-bag swing. It is not a specialist heavy bag or a tight-rebound reflex trainer.
The bag, spring remover, big suction sticker, sticker pack, manual and app invitation QR code. Standard gym plates are not included. Packaged weight is 4.5 kg.
