Best surfaces include: Glass, Tiles, Polished metal, Smooth plastic, Glossy cabinets, Mirrors and Smooth sealed wood. These surfaces create a tight vacuum seal, which allows the suction base to hold firmly during training.
The suction cup will not perform well on rough or porous surfaces. If you plan to use the Rage-Bag on one of these surfaces, we recommend using our Suction Sticker Pad for a perfect grip.

It's ideal for painted walls, drywall, slightly textured surfaces, and matte surfaces. Simply place the sticker pad on the wall, then attach the Rage-Bag suction cup to the pad — creating the same airtight seal as glass or tile.
