Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship worldwide (some remote countries may carry an additional shipping charge).

Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 5–10 business days
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Europe & International: 5–10 business days

How do I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If it's been more than 10 business days since your shipping confirmation and your order still hasn't arrived, email us at help@funpunch.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it.

Pre-orders
We often sell out and offer pre-orders. The expected delivery date is listed under the product description. If your pre-order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of that date, email us at help@funpunch.com with your name and order number.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. You're responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. If an order can't be delivered because the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we'll email you for the correct details; please reply within the timeframe given so we can re-route it. If we don't hear back in time, the carrier may return or dispose of the package under their own policies, and we won't be able to refund or replace an order left undeliverable due to an unresolved address error.
