More than “just be confident”

You can tell them they’re capable.
Let them experience it, too.

It’s hard to watch your child doubt themselves. And “just ignore them” can feel like too little when the school day has been tough.

At home, you can make room for something positive: moving their body, trying a new challenge, and hearing you say, “I saw how you kept going.”

That’s the idea behind a RageBag routine. A small, achievable challenge they can come back to — with someone cheering them on.

Stick it down.
Find a rhythm.
Go again.

The RageBag is a compact, rebounding punching bag that brings an active challenge into your home.

  1. 01
    A simple place to start

Set it up on a suitable smooth, flat surface at a comfortable height, following the setup instructions.

  2. 02
    Something to focus on

The bag rebounds after each hit. Start gently and practise finding a steady rhythm.

  3. 03
    A reason to try again

Count a few controlled hits together. Take a break. Let them choose their next little goal.

Small wins they can own

Give “I can’t” somewhere to become “I’ll try.”

No competition. No audience to impress. Just a playful way to practise at their own pace.

01 / MOVE

Make room for active play.

Swap a few sitting-around minutes for movement. A short session is an easy place to begin.

02 / PRACTISE

Make progress feel personal.

A steadier rhythm. A more controlled hit. Celebrate the effort they put in, whatever their starting point.

03 / CONNECT

Be in their corner.

Take turns, laugh at the misses, and notice the little wins. This can be time you spend together.

Try this together

A little ritual.
A fresh start to the afternoon.

Keep it light. Keep it short. Let their comfort and interest set the pace.

  1. Check in
Start with them, not the bag.

Ask how their day felt. Listen without turning it into a lesson.

  2. Have a go
    Pick one small challenge.

Try a few gentle, controlled hits together. Pause whenever they need to.

  3. Celebrate
    Notice something specific.

“You found your rhythm.” “You tried again.” Let effort be the win.

A few parent-to-parent questions

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Will the RageBag stop bullying?

No product can promise that. The RageBag is an active-play tool, not a bullying solution or self-defence programme. If your child is being bullied, listen, reassure them it isn’t their fault, and work with their school or a trusted adult on a plan to keep them safe.

Is this about teaching them to fight?

The focus here is controlled practice, active play, and personal progress. Make the boundary clear: the bag is for practice; people are not targets.

Does my child need boxing experience?

No boxing experience is needed to start gently. Choose an appropriate setup for your child, follow the instructions, and supervise their use. Ask our support team if you’re unsure whether it’s suitable.

Where can we set it up?

The suction base is designed for smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces. Follow the installation instructions and check the hold before each session. Rough or textured surfaces may need a different setup; see the product page for surface guidance and the optional suction pad.

Which design should I choose?

Let them help pick their favourite. You can see the available designs, current prices, optional accessories, and delivery information on the RageBag product page.
